Link to Interactive Multimedia Technology post about JOVE in Wired: "YouTube does Science"

Take a look at my post on Interactive Multimedia Technology about an article in Wired about JOVE: Journal of Visualized Experiments.

This is an example of how video/media can support engaged learning in science. This would appeal to visual learners.

I just read your "Gender Beneath the Surface" editorial, and I completely agree. We definitely need to do everything we can to get more woman "at the table." We live in a world where technology governs and guides us, and I would really prefer that 51% of the population not be excluded from the decision making. I am returning to school this Fall to become a math/physics teacher and I am especially interested in ways to excite young women about the STEM fields. I'll be checking back here regularly for more info.
