Update: One Laptop Per Child - Pics and Video Interview

This is cross-posted on the Interactive Multimedia Technology blog.

Below are pictures of the prototype of the XO-3, the third-generation of the One Laptop Per Child project, via gayakuman, and a video interview of Nicholas Negroponte discussing the third generation prototype of the One Laptop Per Child (OLPC) project, OX-3.

Disappointing really. Those photos look like mockups, and the video shows no actual content.

Still though I'm definitely drooling over the prospect of these. it could be incredibly useful as an educational learning platform - far more than the OLPC is/was.

I'm pretty sure that the pictures are mock-ups. I'm wondering if Marvell is the company that will make this happen. I like the design.
